Guest Service Associate - F & B Service

The Guest Service Associate – F&B Service is responsible for delivering excellent guest experiences by providing prompt, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service. This role ensures a clean and welcoming environment and supports daily operations in restaurants, banquets, or in-room dining.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while following service standards.
• Set up and clear tables efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, equipment, and service stations.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and resolving any service issues promptly.
• Assist in setting up buffets, banquets, and room service as needed.
• Follow all safety and hygiene protocols as per company and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service.
• Upsell food and beverage items wherever appropriate.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
• Good communication skills in English (other regional languages are a plus).
• Basic knowledge of F&B service techniques and customer service.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
