Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Guest Relations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in the hospitality industry (Hotel, Airline, or equivalent), or possess significant experience working in multinational corporate environment, particularly in front offices operations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome at all times.
  • Manage guest requests and resolve any concerns with grace and efficiency to provide an outstanding guest experience.
  • Coordinate and manage conference room bookings and ensure appropriate setups for meetings and events.
  • Operate and manage the EPABX board for effective communication floe within the organization.
  • Arrange hospitality service such as refreshments, meals and meeting logistics, ensuring the highest standards of F&B (Food and Beverages) services.
