Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Manager at Waterwoods Lodges & Resorts Pvt. Ltd., located in Mysuru Taluka. The Guest Relations Manager will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, addressing guest inquiries and issues, coordinating with other departments to enhance guest experiences, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. They will also be involved in training staff and continuously improving guest relations processes.

• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
