Role Overview

The Guest Relations Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by serving as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay. This role focuses on guest satisfaction, service recovery, and personalized hospitality, ensuring that all guests feel welcomed, valued, and well cared for.

Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience & Service

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience
  • Act as the main contact for guest inquiries, requests, and special needs
  • Provide personalized assistance to enhance guest comfort and satisfaction
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally and promptly

Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance teams
  • Ensure guest preferences and special requests are communicated and fulfilled
  • Assist with reservations, activities, excursions, and local information

Quality & Standards

  • Maintain high standards of hospitality and brand service excellence
  • Monitor guest satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with resort policies, service standards, and safety procedures

Relationship Management

  • Build positive relationships with repeat and VIP guests
  • Maintain accurate guest records and preferences in the system
  • Support loyalty programs and guest engagement initiatives

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare guest feedback reports and service performance updates
  • Document and follow up on guest issues to ensure resolution

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
  • 1–4 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or hospitality services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems and MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a luxury resort or high-end hospitality environment
  • Multilingual abilities
  • Strong cultural awareness and service etiquette

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
