Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ernakulam for a Guest Relations Executive. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for managing guest interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling receptionist duties. They will also support sales activities by providing information about travel packages and assisting with bookings and reservations. The role requires excellent communication skills to address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Qualifications

Guest Relations and Customer Service skills
Strong Communication skills
Experience in Sales and Receptionist Duties
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in using office software and reservation systems
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is preferred
