Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ernakulam for a Guest Relations Executive. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for managing guest interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling receptionist duties. They will also support sales activities by providing information about travel packages and assisting with bookings and reservations. The role requires excellent communication skills to address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound domestic tour operations , helping clients explore and enjoy various destinations across India. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for travel and hospitality to grow within the tourism industry.
