Guest Relations Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive who will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. The role involves ensuring a welcoming environment, handling patient queries, and supporting smooth clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients, families, and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
• Assist with patient registrations, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Guide patients through clinic processes and facilities.
• Handle inquiries in person, via phone, or email, ensuring accurate information is provided.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient experience.
• Support promotional activities and patient engagement initiatives organized by Rehabi Health.
• Maintain reception area and front desk operations in line with service standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Hospitality, Healthcare, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service, healthcare, or hospitality is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, scheduling systems).
