Job description: Job Summary We are looking for a qualified, self motivated and compassionate Physiotherapist (BPT/MPT) to join our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about evidence-based practice and committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred holistic care. You will work with patients across various specialities, using manual therapy and advanced therapeutic techniques to restore function, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed patient assessments using standardized tools and diagnostic methods Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals and clinical needs Provide therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, electrotherapy, and—where qualified—specialized techniques such as dry needling, cupping, and taping Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications Collaborate closely with doctors, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care Monitor progress and adapt treatment protocols to achieve optimal recovery outcomes Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with professional and legal standards Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in all clinical practices Engage in ongoing professional development, clinical audits, and skill enhancement workshops Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) from a recognized institution Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills Clinical experience with 1 years in a clinic or a hospital setup will an advantage.
