Executive - Tele Calling

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective patients, referral sources, and partners to inform them about our services.
• Handle inbound calls, answer patient queries, and provide accurate information.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments using our internal systems (CRM).
• Maintain call logs, databases, and update patient/lead records regularly via CRM.
• Follow up on inquiries, leads, and referrals to convert them into appointments.
• Coordinate with all stake holders to ensure seamless patient service.
• Share feedback from patients and callers with management for service improvement.
• Submiit report on daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (Plus Two) or Diploma in any discipline.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or healthcare front-office roles preferred (1–2 years).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi/Tamil is an added advantage).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM/appointment software).
• Pleasant voice, good telephone etiquette, and ability to handle patient interactions empathetically.
