Role Description

This is a full-time Guest Relations Executive role. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction through excellent communication, personalized service, and efficient problem-solving. Day-to-day tasks may include handling guest inquiries, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, coordinating with other departments to meet guest needs, and promoting hotel services and amenities. This is an on-site role located in Mumbai.

Qualifications

Guest Relations and Customer Service skills
Strong Communication and Receptionist Duties skills
Experience with Sales and promoting services
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in using hotel management software and systems
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
