Note : This Job is for Train Operations. Candidates who are willing to Serve and Handling Passengers while travelling in Train can apply. 1. Customer Service:   - Provide friendly and courteous service to passengers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.   - Ensure passenger satisfaction and build strong relationships with customers. 2. Issue Resolution:   - Handle and resolve passenger complaints and issues, including delays, cancellations, and lost luggage.   - Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions. 3. Communication:   - Communicate effectively with passengers, colleagues, and other stakeholders, including announcements and updates on train schedules and services.   - Ensure clear and concise communication to avoid misunderstandings. 4. Passenger Safety and Security:   - Ensure passenger safety and security by following safety protocols and procedures.   - Report any safety or security concerns to the relevant authorities. 5. Team Collaboration:   - Work closely with other teams, including train operations, customer service, and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
