Guest Relations Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle reservations via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Greet guests, assist during boarding, and provide key information
  • Respond to guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and other teams
  • Maintain records and ensure smooth daily operations


Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Hindi
  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Confident, well-groomed, and good with people
  • Comfortable using basic computer/reservation software
  • Willing to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts
  • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality or related field preferred
