It will also be important to maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of the reception and client lounge areas. Coordinating refreshments, site visits, and ensuring an overall exceptional client experience will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will support the sales and marketing teams with various administrative tasks such as maintaining brochures, client kits, and feedback forms. Responding promptly to client queries over the phone or in-person with courtesy and professionalism is essential.
