Job Title: Guest Relations Executive (GRE) – Restaurant Operations

Location: Smaaash Entertainment, Lower Parel, Mumbai

Experience: 0–2 Years (Hospitality / Restaurant / Entertainment preferred)

Gender: Female candidates preferred

Age Limit: Up to 25 Years

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on interview performance)

Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Rotational)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week + 1 Weekly Off

Joining: Immediate or within 15 Days

Role Summary

We are seeking a well-presented and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to handle guest interaction, seating coordination, and service support within our restaurant operations at Smaaash, Lower Parel.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests from arrival to exit

• Manage table reservations and waiting lists

• Provide information related to menu, offerings, and venue zones

• Handle guest queries, feedback, and concerns professionally

• Coordinate with service, kitchen, and operations teams for smooth flow

• Maintain cleanliness and readiness at the reception and dining area

• Ensure high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication in English is mandatory

• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years experience in F&B / hotels / entertainment industry

• Strong interpersonal skills and guest-centric approach

• Presentable, confident, and proactive attitude

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
