Greeting patients, their families, and visitors upon arrival and guiding them as needed,
Providing information, addressing complaints and queries in a professional and timely manner,
Bridging the gap between patients, families, and various hospital departments (doctors, nurses, administrators, etc.) to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care,
Supporting the processes of patient admission and discharge, including verifying insurance and payment information,
Ensuring a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere within the hospital environment., sharing details about hospital services, facilities, policies, and procedures.,
Addressing and resolving patient and relative concerns and complaints, ensuring patient satisfaction within hospital policies.,
Involving in the discharge process and do the discharge counseling of patient and taking the follow up for the expdite the discharge process.
