Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Welcome & Departure:

    Greet guests warmly, assist with check-ins/outs, and bid farewell.
  • Information & Recommendations:

    Provide detailed info on hotel services, local dining, shopping, and entertainment.
  • Issue Resolution:

    Efficiently handle complaints, concerns, and special requests.
  • VIP Services:

    Oversee VIP arrivals, departures, and pre-registration.
  • Coordination:

    Liaise with housekeeping, front desk, and other teams for seamless service.
  • Guest Profiling:

    Update guest preferences (likes/dislikes) in systems for personalization.
  • Feedback Collection:

    Gather guest feedback upon departure.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of the hotel, city, and competition.
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Experience in customer service/hospitality preferred.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours.
