Job Description

Guest Relations Executive (Club membership) OBJECTIVE To perform “Guest Relations Executive” activities for the members and variety of routine data entry activities in accordance with established operational procedures ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES ¨        Attend to all the walk-in and existing members in the hotel  ¨        Register any member’s request according to the set procedure in a logbook and computer for the records ¨        Record all the reservations from the members and allot them rooms as per request and availability ¨        Achieve monthly sales target of a minimum of 10-15 membership sales ¨        Research lost or missing information in accordance with established procedures ¨        Make variety of calls such on birthdays and anniversaries of the members, special invitation calls for an event and special promotions on timely fashion. ¨        Conduct a telephonic survey according to the set procedure of all the members who have used the dining facilities of the hotel  ¨        Assist with special projects by as requested by the Hotel Manager in charge ¨        Maintain associated logs, records and tracking reports in accordance with established priorities and procedures ¨        Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein ¨        Post all the daily membership sales at the FO & finance and reconcile membership sales daily  OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ¨        Liaise with the Administration to ensure that all data requested is correct, complete and delivered in a timely manner ¨        Liaise with the hotel sales, marketing, finance & operations for all relevant requests from the club office & the corporate office. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED ¨        Excellent communication skill, organizational skills and attention to detail are a must ¨        Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form  ¨        Working knowledge of basic software applications, common operating systems, Internet and E-Mail  ¨        Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality of records and information WORKING CONDITIONS This is a repetitive job that may require the employee to stand for long hours in hotel lobby and restaurants.  In some cases, work will be carried out in noisy environments. The employee could be susceptible to repetitive strain injuries, as well as neck, back, and eye strain.   TIME 1 AM – 10.30 PM Weekly Off: Tuesday REPORTS TO Programme Manager
