Job Description

Key responsibilities Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from hiring to selecting candidates. Conduct employee onboarding and orientation for new hires. Employee Relations and Performance: Manage employee grievances and conduct disciplinary procedures. Administer performance reviews and provide support for professional development. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills. Administrative and Compensation: Administer employee benefits and compensation programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases. Manage administrative functions like payroll and attendance records.  Essential skills and qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices. Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple duties. Often requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and several years of experience.
