Job Title: Guest Relation Executive (GRE) Job Location : Hotel Tip Top International, Wakad, Pune Job Type : Full time Job Role: Welcome guests during check-in and give a fond farewell to guests while checkout. Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner. Overseeing VIP guests, arrivals and departures. Should possess detailed information about the Hotel , city as well as the competition. Collect Guest feedback during guest departure along with his likes and dislikes. Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a satisfactory resolution. Collaborate with relevant hotel departments to address guest issues effectively. Coordinate and fulfill special guest requests, including room preferences, amenities, and transportation arrangements. Prepare regular reports on guest interactions and feedback for management review.
