Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Greet guests on arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with various departments (housekeeping, F&B, maintenance) to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, promotions, events, and local attractions.
Anticipate guest needs and personalize their experience wherever possible.
Maintain guest records and handle reservations as required.
Build long-term relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and positive reviews.
Handle special requests such as booking transportation, spa appointments, or restaurant reservations.
Ensure the lobby and reception area are always clean and welcoming

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field (preferred).
Prior experience in front office or customer service roles is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English and local languages; additional languages are a plus.
Presentable appearance and a professional attitude.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with PMS software (Opera, IDS, etc.) is a plu
