Job Description – Guest Relation Executive (GRE)

As a Guest Relation Executive, you will be the face of Wedcation by Tivoli, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. Your role is to provide top-notch hospitality, assist guests, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
  • Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback
  • Assist in promoting hotel services and special offers
  • Ensure a high standard of hospitality and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a Guest Relations / Front Office role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure efficiently
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus
