Guest Relation Executive

1. Welcoming Guests

Greet and assist guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism.

Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.

2. Guest Assistance

Address guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly.

Provide information about services, facilities, and local attractions.

Coordinate special requests such as transportation, reservations, or event arrangements.

3. Communication & Coordination

Act as the primary point of contact between guests and various departments (housekeeping, food & beverage, front office, etc.).

Relay guest preferences and ensure they are met consistently.

4. Service Excellence

Maintain a high standard of customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.

Handle VIP guests and ensure their experience is personalized and memorable.

5. Problem Solving

Resolve conflicts or service issues in a calm and professional manner.

Escalate major concerns to management when necessary.

6. Administration

Maintain accurate guest records and feedback.

Assist with billing, invoicing, and updating guest profiles in the system.

7. Follow-up

Check in with guests during their stay to ensure comfort.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
