Job Type: Full-Time (Accommodation Provided) About the Role: We are looking for a responsible and proactive Airbnb Property Manager to manage daily operations of our property. The manager will stay at the property (living accommodation provided) and ensure smooth guest experiences, upkeep of the property, and coordination of bookings. Key Responsibilities: Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with professionalism Manage daily property upkeep Respond promptly to guest queries and provide assistance during their stay Maintain property inventory Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and vendors as required Ensure property standards are maintained for 5-star guest reviews Report weekly updates on bookings, maintenance, and expenses Requirements: Good communication skills (English/Hindi; local language is a plus) Friendly, reliable, and guest-oriented personality Ability to manage small day-to-day issues independently Basic computer/smartphone knowledge for managing Airbnb app/WhatsApp communications What We Offer: Free living accommodation at the property Competitive salary Performance-based incentives (linked to guest ratings and occupancy) Opportunity to grow with us in the hospitality business
