Requirements

  • 2+ years in talent booking/PR/outreach (podcast/media/events).
  • Proven cold-to-book conversion; strong English.
  • Graduate (any discipline).
  • Tools: Gmail/LinkedIn/IG/X, CRM (Sheets/Notion/HubSpot), Calendly, Zoom/Riverside.
  • Negotiation, persistence, and follow-up discipline.


Responsibilities

  • Build a 60–90-day guest pipeline; research and verify contacts.
  • Send personalized emails/DMs; manage responses and calendars.
  • Coordinate briefs, consent forms, and shoot logistics (studio/remote).
  • Align guest amplification (cross-posting assets)
  • Weekly status report: booked vs target, risks, next actions.
