GUEST EXPERIENCE REPRESENTATIVE

**Job Description:** As a Guest Experience Representative at MicroSourcing, your role is pivotal in ensuring superior support to customers through inbound and outbound calls related to order processing, delivery scheduling, and post-delivery experience. Your responsibilities include: - Making outbound calls with courtesy and follow-up calls to facilitate order, delivery, or customer satisfaction issues. - Following up on work-orders to resolve guest issues effectively. - Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation for all transactions. - Handling inbound calls, emails, and chats from delivery drivers requiring assistance and resolving any issues promptly. **Qualifications:** - High School Diploma or equivalent is required. - Minimum of 1 year of BPO experience. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Basic knowledge of computer systems and telephone systems. - Outstanding telephone communication skills with a clear and calm demeanor. - Proven ability to perform effectively in stressful situations. - Demonstrated problem analysis and problem-solving capabilities. - Ability to work efficiently in a team environment. - Prior experience in the furniture industry is a plus. **About MicroSourcing:** MicroSourcing, with over 9,000 professionals across 13 delivery centers, is the leading offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines.
