Your Role 
 Roles & Responsibilities: 
Support the ADM Europe Leadership in developing the markets business plan, go-to-market strategy and gaining the required support to execute programs Support GTM strategy by aligning marketing collateral creation with overall GTM agenda Competitor, account and market intelligence analytics, collaterals & webinars in order to help BUs in the pipeline push Increasing traction in the area of competition related intelligence through timely updation of profiling, playbooks, guidebooks, cookbooks etc and other related projects Increase traction on advisor and analyst relations engagement by working with the Advisor Relations Team Analyze and develop deep insights on business and core performance metrics in view of business reviews Work with Service Leaders to identify Renewals and work on Offering plan, Opportunity shaping and GTM Work with Market Analysts/Advisors to run the relationship and drive program milestone Drive execution plans along with the Service Leads to ensure Funnel growth Run analysis on Sales Related Numbers/results to generate analytics and actionable insights. Work with the various units to drive cross-functional sales initiatives  Key Performance Indicator : 
Performance as per KPI of Pre-sales Program - Bookings Growth, Service portfolio mix Quantitative and Qualitive impact assessment for all GTM activities Fresh Funnel (Pipeline) created as per designated portfolio (Account/ BU)  Educational Qualification: 
Postgraduate qualification from top business school Fluent in English both written and verbal  
Your Profile 
Total work experience of 8-10 years with IT Services Organization Prior experience with technology would be added advantage Experience driving/contributing to large programs and/or consulting projects in an Enterprise Ability to create proactive and relevant pitch and conversation openers for stakeholders Ability to project manage and work with minimal guidance. Proven experience in developing Account penetration and Development Strategies Qualifying opportunities Developing Service and Commercial Proposals Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, great attitude and team player Excellent presentation, negotiation, follow-up and closing skills Willing to travel as required
