Job Description

Role Overview: As a GTM Strategy Analyst at Capgemini, you will be responsible for supporting the ADM Europe Leadership in developing the market's business plan and go-to-market strategy. You will work on aligning marketing collateral creation with the overall GTM agenda, conduct competitor, account, and market intelligence analytics, and collaborate with various teams to drive execution plans for funnel growth. Your role will also involve analyzing business and core performance metrics, working on renewals and offering plans, and running sales-related analysis to generate actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: - Support ADM Europe Leadership in developing the market's business plan and go-to-market strategy - Align marketing collateral creation with the overall GTM agenda - Conduct competitor, account, and market intelligence analytics - Increase traction in competition-related intelligence through timely updating of profiling, playbooks, guidebooks, cookbooks, etc. - Collaborate with Advisor Relations Team to enhance advisor and analyst relations engagement - Analyze business and core performance metrics for business reviews - Identify renewals, work on offering plans, opportunity shaping, and GTM with Service Leaders - Work with Market Analysts/Advisors to drive program milestones - Drive execution plans with Service Leads to ensure funnel growth - Run analysis on sales-related numbers/results to generate analytics and actionable insights - Contribute to KPIs such as bookings growth, service portfolio mix, and impact assessment for all GTM activities - Create fresh funnel (pipeline) as per designated portfolio (Account/BU) Qualification Required: - Postgraduate qualification from a top business school - Fluent in English - both written and verbal - Total work experience of 8-10 years with an IT Services Organization - Prior experience with technology would be an added advantage - Ability to create proactive and relevant pitch and conversation openers for stakeholders - Proven experience in account penetration and development strategies, qualifying opportunities, and developing service and commercial proposals - Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent presentation, negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills - Willingness to travel as required (Note: Omitting any additional details of the company as there are none mentioned in the provided job description),
