GTM Manager

As the SMB Product Line Manager, your main responsibilities will include: - Successfully launching new regional products by undertaking the new product GTM project goals set by the headquarters. This involves establishing a regional PCT, integrating resources, formulating regional product GTM operation plans, and ensuring their successful implementation. - Taking charge of the commercial success of new products in the region by collaborating with the headquarters" launch team to identify selling points, verifying the value of new products with core VAD/SUBD, communicating pricing strategy, and analyzing sales data to set optimal prices for maximizing revenue. - Formulating regional market strategies by classifying and grading products and channels, managing the life cycle of regional products, and developing product expansion strategies based on regional product issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for auxiliary tasks such as assisting the product manager in collecting information on competing products during the new product initiation process. Qualifications required for this role: - Hold a full-time bachelor's degree or above. - Possess at least 3 years of experience in GTM management and channel management, with preference given to those with overseas GTM project experience in the consumer electronics/data communication industry. - Have a mastery of enterprise routing, switching, and wireless technologies, with a preference for candidates holding CCNP/HCIP or above certificates. - Demonstrate a passion for taking on challenges, a spirit of teamwork, and strong cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills. - Proficient in mining, analyzing information and data of competing products, and summarizing findings effectively. - Exhibit excellent communication and writing skills in both Chinese and English languages.,
