GST Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall compliance under

  GST laws

  – registrations, returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C), reconciliations, and audits.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of

  monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns

  .
• Handle

  GST assessments, audits, and departmental queries/notices

  .
• Monitor

  input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation

  with books of accounts and vendor data.
• Review contracts, agreements, and transactions from a

  GST impact perspective

  .
• Provide advisory and support to business teams on

  GST implications for new business initiatives

  .
• Coordinate with

  statutory and internal auditors

  for GST-related matters.
• Keep track of

  amendments, notifications, and circulars

  under GST and update management on changes.
• Manage

  GST refunds, litigations, and appeals

  wherever applicable.
• Lead and mentor the team handling GST operations and compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification:

  Chartered Accountant (CA) / CMA / LLB / M.Com with strong knowledge of Indirect Taxation.

• Experience:

  3+ years of relevant experience in GST compliance, advisory, and litigation.
• Strong knowledge of

  GST law, rules, notifications, and case laws

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  GST portal operations, reconciliations, and audits

  .
• Ability to handle

  departmental assessments and notices independently

  .
• Excellent

  analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  .
• Prior experience in

  manufacturing / trading / services sector

  preferred.
