Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a GSA - Room Attendant in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Efficiently manage room assignments, check-in, and check-out procedures.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Perform additional duties as required by management.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and procedures.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
