Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a GSA - Front Office professional at Holiday Inn. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain accurate records and reports of front office activities.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance front office services.
Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with front office software and systems.
