About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Ops Trainee to join our team and drive operational efficiency, market research, and marketing coordination.
The ideal candidate is process-driven, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment. You’ll play a key role in streamlining workflows, supporting data-backed decision-making, and embracing an AI-first mindset—leveraging automation tools and digital platforms to amplify impact and insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations by managing task tracking, reporting, and documentation with precision and consistency
- Conduct structured market, competitor, and industry research to inform strategic planning, sales targeting, and marketing campaigns
- Assist in building internal dashboards, SOPs, and performance reports to drive operational visibility and accountability
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows across delivery, sales, and marketing teams—ensuring timely execution and follow-ups
- Create high-impact collateral such as presentation decks, case studies, client briefs, and internal knowledge base content
- Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to streamline routine tasks and enhance efficiency
- Participate in special projects such as internal audits, tool evaluations, or pilot initiatives to improve delivery processes
- Continuously identify gaps in workflows and propose scalable solutions that align with an AI-first operational approach
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Proficient with modern productivity and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Canva, Claude, Notion)
- Basic understanding of design principles and concepts
- Ability to create clean, compelling visuals using tools like Canva, Figma, or Google Slides
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare business documents and presentations
- Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and time management
- Self-starter mindset with a willingness to experiment, learn, and contribute beyond the scope of assigned task
