Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new business opportunities in recruitment services. Generate and qualify leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking. Manage and grow existing client relationships. Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements effectively. Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new areas for growth. What We’re Looking For Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B sales, specifically within the recruitment industry (IT & Non-IT). Lead Generation: Hands-on experience in sourcing and converting qualified leads. Track Record: Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
