As a Growth Sales Associate - Inside, your primary responsibilities will include sourcing new business by engaging with decision-makers online and providing recruitment solutions for blue & grey collar positions across industries. You will be expected to build and maintain strong client relationships through effective follow-up and communication. Collaboration with the sales team to manage client expectations and risks will be an essential part of your role. Your sales and negotiation skills will be crucial in closing deals successfully. It is important to leverage technology to stay organized and well-informed in your daily tasks. To excel in this role, you should be self-motivated, energetic, and quick to learn. Strong communication skills in both English and local languages are required. Proficiency in identifying and delivering recruitment solutions is a key attribute. Candidates with an MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing and Finance are preferred. Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities are highly valued in this role.
