Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Growth Marketing Head located in South Delhi. The Growth Marketing Head will be responsible for market planning, management, and research, as well as developing strategies for sales and public relations. The role involves leading marketing initiatives, analyzing market trends, engaging with customers, and driving growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Market Planning, Marketing Management, and Market Research
• Strong skills in Sales and developing Sales Strategies
• Proficiency in Public Relations and building effective PR campaigns
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in tech and AI-based recruitment platforms is a plus
