About Us

Coral Academy is an early-stage edtech startup in the K–12 segment in the US, founded by a Stanford 

MBA alum with a proven track record in entrepreneurship. We are a remote-first, nimble team of smart, 

driven, and humble individuals passionate about redefining the online learning experience. Our team 

comprises fewer than 20 talented professionals from institutions like ISB, IIT, and SRCC. Backed by our 

parent company- RAAM Group- a leader in the auto-retail sector with over 60 outlets and 2,500+ 

employees—we are well-equipped with the resources and support to drive innovation and scale with 

confidence.  

Our mission is to redefine the online learning experience for students, making it more engaging and 

effective. 

What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a Generalist who thrives in fast-moving environments and loves solving problems — 

whether it’s launching a new campaign, fixing an operational bottleneck, or running experiments to 

improve user experience. You’ll switch between functions, take ownership from idea to execution, and 

get things done. 

This is a hands-on role — you’ll work on big-picture initiatives and roll up your sleeves for the day-to-day 

details that make them happen. 

● Lead Projects Across Functions – marketing, operations, and product. 

● Own end-to-end execution – from planning to delivering results. 

● Run campaigns – create and launch targeted initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, and 

growth. 

● Create impactful content – for social, email, and more. 

● Use data to decide – track performance, spot patterns, and act on insights. 

● Fix and improve processes – make workflows faster, smarter, and more efficient. 

● Collaborate across the team – work closely with founders, team leads, partners, and vendors. 

● Solve problems fast – anticipate issues, propose solutions, and keep momentum high. 

What We’re Looking For

● 2+ years experience in marketing, operations, strategy, or cross-functional roles in fast-paced 

environments; startup experience preferred. 

● Low-ego, high-grit teammate who values candor, speed, and ownership. 

● Don’t wait for direction - this is for someone who naturally likes to take initiative. Self-starters 

who act without waiting for instructions will thrive here. 

● Ability to juggle priorities and bring structure where others see ambiguity 

● Detail oriented; out of the box and creative thinker 

● Highly driven. If you’re not aiming for 10x improvements, this isn’t for you
