Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Marketer located in Mumbai at Rentkar. The Growth Marketer will be responsible for tasks such as growth marketing, marketing analytics, growth hacking, lead generation, and web analytics to drive the company's mission and growth strategies. We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven Growth Marketer to lead digital acquisition and scale growth across paid channels. Responsibilities Run and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) Improve funnel conversion with A/B tests and landing page tweaks Track performance (CAC, ROAS, LTV) and run growth experiments Collaborate with content, design, and product for aligned execution Qualifications Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking skills Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics skills Experience in digital marketing and e-commerce Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Requirement 1 – 3 years in performance/growth marketing Hands-on with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, etc. Strong analytical and ROI-focused mindset Bonus: Startup or SaaS experience Show more Show less
