Role Description

The Growth Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing growth marketing strategies, conducting marketing research, generating leads, and performing web analytics.

You're an awesome fit if you have

• Proficiency in Lead Generation via cold/warm reachout, conducting online events, networking etc.
• Strong market research and analytical thinking
• Experience building Marketing systems (CRMs, Lead Magnets, automations, workflows etc.)
• Experience with LinkedIn, Meta and Instagram Ads
• Ability to work independently and remotely

Bonus points for

• Experience in the AEC industry
• Prior startup experience
• A degree in Marketing or Business
