Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Growth Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, drive user acquisition, and scale our learner community. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and experienced in scaling early-stage startups through data-driven growth strategies and utmost priority, is that they are creative or has a spark for creativity.

Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies (SEO, SEM, Paid Ads, Email, Social, Partnerships)
Optimize the entire user acquisition funnel from awareness to conversion
Manage performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
Collaborate with content, product, and tech teams to enhance conversion and retention
Analyze growth metrics, A/B test hypotheses, and report on ROI
Build and manage affiliate and influencer programs
Identify new opportunities for organic and paid growth

Preferred candidate profile

1-2 yrs of growth or performance marketing experience (preferably in EdTech or SaaS)
Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, etc.)
Hands-on experience with paid acquisition channels
Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving ability
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
