Role Description

This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram is for a Growth Manager specializing in International Business Development. The Growth Manager will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, creating and executing strategic plans, managing international business partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Additional responsibilities include performing market research and analysis, optimizing sales processes, coordinating projects, and ensuring smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders to achieve company goals.

• Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding business development goals

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field
