We are seeking a results-driven Growth Manager with a primary focus on sales growth across all Ecommerce channels , D2C, marketplace, and Quick commerce. This role is responsible for achieving ambitious sales targets, optimizing conversion funnels, and ensuring seamless collaboration with platform, marketing, and operations teams. The ideal candidate will own the entire sales processfrom lead generation to revenue realizationwhile driving continuous improvement in customer experience and platform performance.
- Own and deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets across all e-commerce channels (Amazon , cred, Tata1mg, Flipkart, Myntra , Nykaa, D2C, marketplace, Quick commerce etc,).
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue, including offers and bundles.
- Monitor daily sales performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions in real time.
- Analyze the end-to-end sales funnel to identify drop-offs and conversion bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with the platform and performance team to implement A/B tests, optimize landing pages, and streamline the checkout process for higher conversion rates.
- Leverage analytics tools (GA4, Amplitude, PostHog, Amazon Pi) to track and improve key sales metrics.
- Provide SEO insights for overall campaign growth and optimization.
- Act as the primary liaison between sales, platform, and product teams to ensure alignment on inventory, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Coordinate Operations, supply chain and finance to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment.
- Proven success in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns for all eCommerce platforms & D2c businesses.
- Prior experience in solving performance marketing campaigns for D2C businesses (Website), Marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart,Cred,Smytten etc) & Hyperlocal platforms (Zepto, Blinkit and Instamart).
- Implement strategies for user acquisition, retention, and lifecycle optimization.
- Ensure a seamless post-purchase experience to drive positive reviews, repeat sales, and referrals.
- Manage and create Retention campaigns on marketing automation tools (Customer.io etc).
- Define and execute a strategy to scale the customer base significantly on all Ecommerce platforms with Reviews & rating management.
- Manage strategic alliances with all eCommerce platforms (networking, sales & deal cracking)
- Build and nurture relationships with key marketplace and platform partners to secure premium visibility and promotional opportunities.
- Leverage internal connections across all eCommerce (especially should have prior internal connections with Cred, Amazon , Nykaa & community commerce) platforms to drive sales growth.
- Maintain accurate Daily/Weekly/Monthly sales dashboards across all platforms.
- Build and track sales forecasts versus actuals, ensuring visibility for leadership.
- Provide actionable insights from data to proactively address revenue gaps and improve sales efficiency.
