Key Responsibilities

Platform Management

  • Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory across

    Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other quick commerce platforms

    .
  • Optimize product descriptions, images, and marketplace SEO to drive conversions.
  • Research marketplace trends and competitor offerings to improve visibility and sales.
  • Plan, strategise, execute, and monitor multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to optimize spend and ensure maximum ROI.

Order Fulfillment and Inventory Management

  • Ensure timely processing, packaging, and dispatch of orders.
  • Manage inventory and coordinate with logistics partners for smooth delivery operations.
  • Use tools for inventory tracking and reporting to avoid stock-outs or delays.

Performance Monitoring & Analytics

  • Work on Planning and Growth strategies (MUST BE VERY CLEAR)

  • Track and analyze sales, traffic, and ad campaign performance using AI and analytics tools.
  • Create detailed reports and documented insights for management. (MUST BE VERY CLEAR)

  • Monitor key KPIs to meet sales, visibility, and customer satisfaction targets.

Customer Experience

  • Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Implement strategies to reduce return rates and enhance customer retention.

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns during key sales periods and new launches.
  • Collaborate with marketing to drive traffic via

    paid and organic campaigns

    , including marketplace ads.
  • Negotiate with platforms, partners, and vendors for better terms and performance.

Coordination & Documentation

  • Work closely with the content, creative, and social media teams to ensure

    accurate and engaging product visuals and descriptions

    .
  • Maintain

    well-organized, documented folders and reports

    for all campaigns, sales, and operational processes.
  • Liaise with in-house and external teams (manufacturers, logistics, payment gateways) for smooth operations.

Expectations

  • Increase website sales by at least

    30% within the first three months

  • Improve product visibility on marketplaces by

    30% in three months

  • Achieve

    90% customer satisfaction

    through optimized processes and timely fulfillment.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (

    Amazon, Flipkart, Pharmeasy, etc.

    ) and

    quick commerce channels (blinkit, instamart, etc)

    . Shopify is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with

    marketplace ads, inventory management, order reconciliation, POs, invoices, and commissions

    .
  • Hand on handling with 3PL partnerships (warehousing, fulfillment, inventory management, transportation, and distribution).
  • Experience in

    offline marketing campaigns

    is a plus.
  • Proven track record of

    building or scaling a brand from scratch

    , preferably in

    supplements, nutraceuticals, or skincare

    .
  • Familiarity with analytics and management tools (

    eg- Zoho, Unicommerce, inventory management systems, etc

    ).
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Certification in E-commerce Management, Shopify Development, or WhatsApp marketing is a plus.
  • Prior experience in influencer/UGC collab and affiliate marketing campaigns in a plus
  • Strong adhering to SOPs (and improvements on it of need be)
  • Familiarity with Email and WhatsApp Marketing Campaigns via

    CRM tools

    for customer retention through structured workflows, segmentation, and automation.
  • Preference for candidates who have

    used supplements themselves

    and understand the category.
