Key Responsibilities

Platform Management:

Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and the brands website.

Optimize product descriptions and images to drive conversions.

Order Fulfillment and Inventory Management:

Ensure timely processing, packaging, and dispatch of orders

Manage Inventory

Collaborate with logistics partners for smooth delivery operations.

Performance Monitoring:

Analyze sales and traffic data using AI tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.

Monitor and report on campaign performance across e-commerce platforms.

Customer Experience:

Address customer queries and resolve complaints to ensure high satisfaction.

Implement strategies to reduce return rates and enhance customer retention.

Campaign Management:

Plan and execute promotional campaigns during key sale periods.

Collaborate with the marketing team to drive traffic and increase sales via paid and organic campaigns.

Coordination:

Work closely with the content team to ensure accurate and engaging product visuals and descriptions.

Liaise with in-house and external teams to streamline operations.

Must-Have Skills

Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc).

Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and inventory management systems.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Experience in handling logistics and customer service processes.

Certification in E-commerce Management is a plus.

• Experience in Shopify Development and whats app marketing is a plus
• Ideal if you have work experience in Nutrition and/or Skincare brands
