Position: Growth Manager


Location: Bangalore (Work From Home or One-Seat Office Option)

Department: Growth / Marketplace Relations



🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Act as BEYOBO’s face in Bangalore to strengthen partnerships with platforms like Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, Shopsy, Tata CLiQ etc.

• Own business growth discussions with marketplace category managers – drive sales, visibility, and market share.

• Spot trends and new styles in fashion, lifestyle, home & kitchen, cosmetics, and other categories relevant to BEYOBO.

• Push BEYOBO’s product pipeline – ensure faster onboarding of catalogs, approvals, and campaigns.

• Drive exclusive opportunities for BEYOBO brands (campaign slots, marketing banners, collaborations).

• Build PR & communication bridges – consistent relationship nurturing with platform teams.

• Provide insights back to Delhi HO – competition benchmarking, trends, category analysis, and platform updates.

• Act as a growth driver – not just reporting numbers but creating opportunities.



🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3–6 years in e-commerce growth / business development with strong exposure to marketplaces.

• Skills: Excellent communication & PR skills, negotiation, and analytical mindset.

• Must be a hustler – someone who can think like an owner, chase results, and create impact.

• High IQ & EQ, problem-solving attitude, and ability to thrive in fast-paced startup culture.

• Passionate about market trends, style shifts, and consumer behavior.

• Should have strong networking abilities with platform category teams (Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, Jio).
