Role Overview

As Growth Lead (Community & Partnerships), you’ll be the voice of WeCP across online communities and industry spaces. Your mission: grow our presence on platforms like Reddit, Quora, Discord, and niche HR tech forums, and turn that presence into meaningful brand visibility, thought leadership, and qualified leads. This role blends authentic community building with strategic growth.

What You’ll Do

• Build and nurture WeCP’s footprint on Reddit, Quora, Discord, and HR tech forums.
• Start authentic conversations, share insights, and drive brand mentions around AI interviewer, assessments, and proctoring.
• Identify and expand into emerging online communities relevant to recruiting, HR, and enterprise AI.
• Plan and run webinars, AMAs, and virtual events that showcase WeCP’s innovations.
• Collaborate with marketing to turn community engagement into pipeline growth.
• Learn our platform inside-out to explain the value simply and clearly.
• Share community feedback and insights with product and marketing teams.
• Track metrics: engagement, reach, community growth, and lead conversion.
• Experiment with growth hacks to maximize ROI.
• Conduct outreach to blogs, forums, and industry sites to earn brand mentions and backlinks.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record building and scaling online communities (Reddit, Quora, forums, Discord).
• Sharp communicator with an authentic, persuasive online voice.
• Experience driving outreach for authority building (guest posts, mentions, backlinks).
• Ability to quickly learn complex SaaS products and simplify their story.
• Background in B2B SaaS, HR tech, or recruitment solutions (nice to have).
• Experience in growth hacking, community marketing, or sales within online spaces.
• Analytical mindset with project management chops.
• Comfort with webinar platforms and online event management.
• SEO or content marketing knowledge a plus.
