What You’ll Do

• Build and manage a strong international pipeline—identify qualified prospects in major markets (US, UK, EU, Middle East, APAC).
• Own the entire sales and growth cycle: lead generation, outreach, consultative selling, and closing high-value deals.
• Spark demand using LinkedIn, email, CRM, webinars, and events—get creative across channels.
• Create persuasive pitch decks, proposals, and campaign messages tailored for CXOs, HR, Finance, and tech leaders.
• Stay ahead with industry insights—HRTech, FinTech, payroll, workforce, and compliance trends.
• Work directly with leadership and marketing teams to scale impact and drive results.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–7 years’ experience in B2B sales, growth, or business development, preferably with HRTech, FinTech, SaaS, staffing, or digital workforce solutions.
• Proven success in generating leads and closing deals in international markets.
• Top-notch communication skills, able to pitch and present to global decision-makers.
• Tech-savvy with LinkedIn, CRM, outreach, and marketing tools.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrive in performance-driven teams.
