Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and data-driven E-commerce & D2C Growth Manager to oversee daily marketplace operations, drive online sales, and scale our brand across major platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, marketplace management, and emerging e-commerce trends, paired with a hands-on approach to execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Operations Management

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and the brands website.
  • Supervise product listings—maintaining accuracy in titles, images, descriptions, keywords, categories, and pricing.
  • Oversee order fulfillment processes: inventory management, coordination with warehouse teams, packaging quality, and timely dispatch.
  • Manage financial compliance: invoices, reconciliation, marketplace payments, tax filings, and GST documentation.
  • Monitor and resolve infringements, listing suppressions, catalog errors, and account health issues.
  • Track key operational KPIs such as delivery SLAs, seller ratings, cancellation/return rates, and order defect rate.

2. Growth & Strategy

  • Identify and evaluate new product opportunities, online-exclusive launches, and potential brand collaborations.
  • Analyze platform insights, customer reviews, and competitor activities to guide product and pricing strategies.
  • Optimize product visibility via SEO, keyword ranking, content enhancement, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and performance teams to execute campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and repeat purchases.
  • Plan and implement strategies to scale daily orders and push the brand from its current stage to the next level (1100 growth mindset).

3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Analyze platform dashboards and analytics to track sales, revenue, performance metrics, and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales trends, stock movement, campaign performance, and growth KPIs.
  • Identify performance gaps and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall customer experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  1. Experience:

    2-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, D2C growth, or digital marketing.
  2. Platform Knowledge:

    Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other marketplace systems.
  3. Skills:

    Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  4. Digital Expertise:

    Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, paid campaigns, and evolving e-commerce trends.
  5. Work Style:

    Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
