E-Commerce & Business Partnerships Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Platform Partnership & Coordination

• Build, nurture, and maintain strong working relationships with category and account teams across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, and similar platforms.
• Coordinate all onboarding requirements including documentation, compliance, and contract-related processes.
• Ensure all platform SLAs, guidelines, and processes are consistently met.

2. Product Listings & Catalogue Management

• Handle complete listing creation: titles, descriptions, attributes, variants, and pricing uploads.
• Manage content, images, keywords, SEO, and other content enhancements.
• Regularly update catalogue information to reflect inventory, offers, promotions, and platform requirements.

3. Commercial Negotiation & Pricing

• Work on commercial structures including margins, payouts, return fees, promotional spends, and platform commissions.
• Develop and maintain pricing strategies to improve competitiveness while ensuring profitability.
• Monitor platform settlements, claims, and deductions and coordinate resolutions.

4. Marketplace Operations & Fulfilment Oversight

• Oversee all marketplace operational activities including order flow, stock alignment, inwarding, and dispatch SLAs.
• Coordinate with internal supply chain teams for inventory planning, replenishments, and fulfilment.
• Track delivery performance, return rates, claim issues, and customer service escalations.

5. On-Platform Marketing & Ads Execution

• Run and optimize ads across marketplace advertising tools:

  Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Zepto/Blinkit brand panels

  , etc.
• Manage sponsored campaigns, keyword targeting, brand visibility initiatives, and promotional events.
• Track campaign performance and generate weekly/monthly marketing performance reports.

6. Digital Marketing Support

• Execute marketplace advertising campaigns across Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Blinkit/Zepto brand panels, and other platform ad tools.
• Coordinate platform marketing initiatives including coupons, homepage banners, influencer collaborations, search ads, and seasonal campaigns.
• Optimize creatives, keywords, ratings/reviews, and landing pages to maximize conversions.

7. Data Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor marketplace analytics including sales trends, traffic, conversions, inventory health, and ROI of ads.
• Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports for internal business reviews.
• Identify gaps, opportunities, and platform-led growth initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in e-commerce marketplace operations, account handling, or business partnerships.
• Strong understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, quick-commerce systems, and marketplace processes.
• Hands-on experience with platform ads and marketing tools.
• Strong command of MS Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to coordinate across content, operations, finance, and marketing teams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools is preferred.
