Inventory Manager

Role:

Position Overview

• Oversee stock accuracy, inward/outward movement, and overall inventory health across hubs/dark stores.
  
• Coordinate with Supply Chain & Operations teams to ensure timely replenishment and minimal shrinkage.
  
• Conduct audits, ensure system compliance, and drive process optimization across locations.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve operational and departmental efficiencies related to inventory management.
  
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Customer Support, 3PL partners, and Fulfillment Centers.
  
• Provide hourly inventory reports, tracking progress against defined targets.
  
• Plan and manage inventory capacity, space utilization, and workflow activities.
  
• Monitor and control damages, shrinkage, and variances.
  
• Develop plans for inventory holding, slotting, space management, and productivity improvement.
  
• Oversee day-to-day inventory operations within defined SLAs.
  
• Drive cost savings with focus on visibility, variability, and velocity.
  
• Gather functional requirements, develop business strategies, and prioritize roadmaps based on impact.
  
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business goals.
  
• Ensure seamless end-to-end inventory operations for assigned facilities.
