Group Production Head ( Wire Harness- Automobiles )

Job Location : Manesar

Max Salary : 25 LPA

Min work experience : 15 Years

Interview Mode : Only face to face at Manesar

Must Have : Currently working in production of Wire harness for automobiles , with at least 7 to 10 Years . Must have experience of team handling of 100 + people . Multi disciplinary knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and drive operations excellence across multiple plants

2. Analyze production data and generate regular MIS reports related to operations and productivity

3. Apply principles of manufacturing & industrial engineering to enhance plant efficiency

4. Drive continuous improvement in productivity through LEAN management and process optimization

5. Optimize operational efficiency and ensure timely delivery as per customer schedules

6. Implement and standardize production systems shift-wise, ensuring output and quality targets

7. Take ownership of LEAN practices, including waste management, right quantity production, and recovery of performance gaps

8. Provide key operational insights to senior management and drive corrective actions with respective teams

9. Build and lead a high-performance team with a focus on discipline, structure, and continuous improvement

10. Implement and monitor manufacturing cost reduction strategies

Candidate Requirements

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Proven ability to handle multi-plant operations, which involves multi station assembly of product.

• In-depth knowledge of OE (Operational Excellence) and Lean methodologies

• Ability to put effective MIS and robust processes in place

• Strong analytical mindset and experience in shift-wise performance tracking

• Hands-on experience in productivity improvement tools and manufacturing cost reduction.
